Crossplay Confirmed For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

The world has finally gotten an official peek at this year’s Call of Duty game, and it looks seriously impressive.

Entitled – somewhat confusingly – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the game is set to release later this year, and there’s already a lot of things to get excited about.

One of the best parts of the reveal trailer (which you can watch below) was the revelation that the game will support console/PC crossplay, a feature that lots of gamers want to see for all online games at launch.

Activision has also confirmed that there’ll be no season pass for Modern Warfare, meaning you won’t need to pay any extra to enjoy its content.

Activision says the game is the “ultimate online playground,” offering both “classic multiplayer” and co-op play with maps “accessible to all skill levels.”

Definitely sounds like they’re onto a winner with this one!
