Get excited for Puppies and Kittens, a game that seems inspired by the beloved Nintendogs pet sim developed for the Nintendo DS.
Publisher Microids is releasing a number of lifestyle sims, including a new pet sim which includes both cats and doggos. Developed by It Matters Games, the game is due to be released on 28 October 2021. You’ll be able to raise, train and cuddle your pet on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC.
Puppies and Kittens to love
As reported by NintendoLife, there are no trailers available yet, but the art appears to show some very cute puppies and kittens for players to raise. The game promises that there will be 20 adorable breeds of dogs and cats to adopt, each with their own ‘unique’ personality for you to get to know.
You’ll be able to train your pet and teach them tricks, as well as take them on walks to explore your neighborhood and meet other pets. You’ll be able to play mini games to take care of your pet. It’s definitely giving us retro feels for the classic Nintendogs game!
The game is part of a suite of three ‘My Universe’ games, including ‘Interior Design’ and ‘Doctors & Nurses’. Including ‘Puppies and Kittens’, these games are all slated to be released in the next three months.
