Nintendo Direct Will Air On September 14 And Feature “40 Minutes Of Information”

The latest Nintendo Direct show will air on September 14 and will feature up to “40 minutes of information” on winter releases.

The company has officially announced their Nintendo Direct which will air tomorrow. It will be dedicated to all their upcoming winter releases that are set to release on the Switch.

What To Expect From Nintendo Direct

The show will air on Thursday September 14 at 7 AM PT.

A September Direct is a common occurrence for Nintendo as a way of getting players excited for the games coming over the winter period.

Although we have yet to have any confirmation on what we can expect, we can take a guess at some titles making an appearance.

Detective Pikachu Returns is set for an October 6 launch with Super Mario Bros. Wonder following suit on October 20. We can expect these titles to be featured alongside some possible gameplay snippets.

A Possible Revival

As for what else we can expect, rumours are swirling. One insider, Pyoro believes a F-Zero revival is on the cards. The futuristic racing games were originally created by Nintendo EAD back in the early 90s.

Pyoro is referring to MATLAB’s fzero function which could hint at a possible Switch release.

Following this, the leaker also posted a Donkey Kong gif to Twitter which has led some to believe a new DK game is in the works.

Some Possibilities

Some fans are hoping for The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker to come to Switch alongside Twilight Princess HD.

Last but not least, it could be a great opportunity for our first look at the Nintendo Switch 2.
