We've gotta catch this one!

Nintendo Switch Lite Pokemon Dialga & Palkia Edition Is A Beauty!

The Nintendo Switch Lite Pokemon Dialga and Palkia Edition is a thing of beauty, and it will be arriving at retailers later this year.

This week Nintendo treated us to a special Direct dedicated to the world of Pokemon. During the livestream, we not only got to see a new gameplay trailer for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl but this snazzy new console.

The limited-edition console will launch two weeks before the release of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. So, it will release on November 5th.

Paying homage to an original

Personally, I appreciate the subtle design of this limited-edition console. However, fans of the Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl from 2006 might appreciate the homage in which the console pays.

This special Nintendo Switch Lite is dressed up with the art of the Legendary Pokémon Dialga & Palkia, bringing to mind a special Nintendo DS Lite Onyx Dialga & Palkia Edition that was released back in 2006 to align with the original game’s launch,” said TPC chief operating officer Takato Utsunomiya.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl are remakes of the original games that were released for the Nintendo DS in 2006.

During the Pokemon dedicated livestream, we also got to see a new trailer for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will be released for the Nintendo Switch on November 19th.
