PlayStation Plus monthly games for April revealed

Another month, another bunch of games available for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Let’s take a look at what’s available for April.

These three selected games will be available to download for PS Plus members from Tuesday April 4 until Monday May 1. Make sure to grab them in this time frame if you wish to keep them in your library.

Meet Your Maker

First up for PlayStation 4 and 5 is the post-apoclyptic game, Meet Your Maker. This first-person game consists of building and raiding your way through whilst exploring levels designed by your fellow players.

Create your own Outposts filled with traps and guards or head to other player’s bases to take down their defenses. With the ability to make melee, ranged or defensive builds, you can also select your perks and find out what works best for you. Whether you work alone or with friends is up to you.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure

The much-loved Sackboy is coming to PlayStation Plus next month. Available for both PS4 and PS5, this instalment in the franchise is a multiplayer platformer adventure that promises hours of fun for all ages. 

With the choice between solo or local and online play, you can work together to overcome tricky levels as well as taking on some levels that are only available for co-op play. 

Tails of Iron

Last but not least, Tails of Iron will be available for PS4 and PS5 come April. This hand-drawn RPG adventure game is set in a land plagued by war. Promising “punishingly brutal combat,” you play as the heir to the Rat Throne and must restore peace to a broken kingdom.

The only way to do this is to vanquish the Frog Clan and their leader. Explore a grim land, meet companions and forge deadly weapons and armour to help you on your journey. 

PlayStation Plus Games Leaving

Out with the old and in with the new. PlayStation Plus subscribers have until April 3 to download the following titles:

  • Battlefield 2042
  • Minecraft Dungeons
  • Code Vein
