Rockstar removed the viral Diddy mansion raid from GTA Online

The user created mission on GTA Online allowed players to reenact the recent raids on Sean “Diddy” Combs’.

The mission gained massive traction over the last few days, largely due to how quickly it turned a breaking news story into playable content.

Using GTA Online’s Creator tools, a player built a “Survival” mode map that staged a standoff at a luxury mansion, putting players against waves of SWAT teams.

It wasn’t subtle, either. The description and setup made it clear exactly what was being parodied.

Rockstar hasn’t put out an official statement on this specific takedown, but the move isn’t surprising.

The company’s terms of service give them broad discretion to remove user-generated content that violates “taste and decency” standards or references sensitive real-world events.

For example the ‘We are Charlie Kirk‘ mission which was also removed from the platform

While the Grand Theft Auto series is built on biting satire, direct recreations of ongoing criminal investigations usually cross the line for the moderation team.

For now, players will have to go back to the usual chaos of Los Santos rather than ripping stories from the news.
