Screenshots Of An Older ‘Starfield’ Build Have Leaked Online

Images from a 2018 build of Starfield have leaked, giving us a rough look at the highly anticipated Bethesda game.

If there’s one thing we can say for certain about Starfield, it’s that it is a bit of a mysterious game. After all, the most we’ve seen of the game is snippets from a variety of videos covering the game. As well as a brief, pre-rendered teaser trailer.

We really haven’t seen that much of the game itself, but now, a few images have leaked from a 2018 build of Starfield giving us an admittedly now outdated look at the game.

The images were shared to the StarfieldAlliance subreddit, posted by user iTardavk. Like with any leak, it is best to approach it apprehensively. As these kinds of images can be faked. The first couple of images show a space base, the first with more natural lighting, the second in what appears to be a test map.

In the third image, we seem to be looking at windows in or outside the space base. But interestingly, we can also see some UI, giving us an indication of what that might be like in the final build.

It’s the fourth image that gives us our best look at the game, with a third person perspective of the player character. Again, it seems to be on a test map, and we can see the same UI. Considering this build is supposedly four year old now, it’s more than likely the UI has changed. And there isn’t even a guarantee the third person camera angle will be the same.

With Starfield expected to release November 11 this year, it’s only a matter of time before we see some gameplay. But hopefully these old screenshots will be able to tide you over in the meantime.
