It’s been confirmed that the co-creator of TimeSplitters is working on the future of the beloved series after joining THQ Nordic.
Steve Ellis, whose previous work includes GoldenEye and Perfect Dark, founded Free Radical, the studio that birthed the icon that is TimeSplitters.
The news comes from a THQ investor report, which also gave us a lot of insight into the future plans of the company.

It’s also been confirmed that Dead Island 2 is being developed by Dambuster Studios, and a new Metro game is also in the works courtesy of 4A Games.
Volition's new Saints Row game is "well into development" and 4A Games is indeed working on the next Metro game, Wingefors said during the investor presentation.
