Ubisoft+ Subscription Service Finally Coming To Xbox

Ubisoft has announced that its premium subscription service ‘Ubisoft+’ is finally coming to Xbox consoles in the near future.

In case you didn’t know, Ubisoft+ is the companies own subscription service much like Xbox Game Pass and PS Now. However, it will exclusively feature Ubisoft titles from the companies rich portfolio of video games.

Launching in 2019, Ubisoft+ was initially released as a PC only platform and consoles gamers have been wondering whether the subscription service might be available on other platforms.

Thankfully, that wait will soon be over. Well, at least for Xbox gamers.

At this time there are two Ubisoft subscription tiers to choose from, PC Access (£12.99) and Multi Access (£14.99). Both choices will grant you access to over 100 Ubisoft titles, including launch day releases as well as premium DLC, season passes and more. The Multi Access Tier will also grant access to Google Stadia.

Will you be tempted by Ubisoft+?

While Ubisoft hasn’t announced a date as to when Ubisoft+ will be coming to Xbox, it will be safe to assume that it will be the tier without Google Stadia. Furthermore, judging by the Ubisoft blog post, there is no mention of Xbox Game Pass, which might indicate that it will be a separate service

Additionally, there has been no word as of yet if the subscription service will be coming to PlayStation. Will you be subscribing to Ubisoft+ when it comes to Xbox? Let us know across our social media channels.
