Apex Legends Has Hit 50 Million Players In A Quarter Of The Time it Took Fortnite

Respawn Entertainment’s surprise launch of a battle royale set in the Titanfall universe has taken the whole world by storm, and it’s racked up a seriously impressive number of players since it released last month.

Apex Legends took to social media to announce that it’s hit the 50 million player mark – and it’s happened in a quarter of the time it took Epic Games’ Fortnite to reach that height.

The team behind Apex also teased the future of the game, saying: “We are humbled by all your support and can’t wait to show you what’s next.”
