Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla has just received a huge (and very welcome) update across all platforms.
Dubbed update 1.1.1, the patch fixes various reported bugs, graphical glitches, improves the User Interface, general quality of life modifications and much more.
Highlights include improving in-game support between Ubisoft Connect achievements, the Animus pulse will now highlight dead bodies for “necessary situations only” and a reward has even been added to an in-game Death Stranding homage (I didn’t even know this existed in the game).
Other improvements include adding Text-to-Speech to letters found in-game, as well as adding previews to colourblind and subtitle options.
It will also fix animations, reports of players being stuck, a floating boat glitch and issues with photo mode. Force trigger feedback for the bow shooting has also been added to Xbox and PlayStation controllers.
The update isn’t too beefy either. It comes in at around 3GB on PS4, 2GB on PS5, 6.6GB on Xbox One, 7.5GB on Xbox Series X|S and 6.45GB on PC.
