The new season of Dead by Daylight once again focuses on Saw, bringing with it new stories about the Killer The Pig and Survivor David Tapp.
Tome 10 will see players uncover the memories of Amanda Young, the Killer known as The Pig, and David Tapp. The reveal trailer shows Jigsaw talking to The Observer, a mysterious character that watches over the cast. And the puppet is supposedly offering The Observer some kind of clue as to what he really wants.
The new Tome will allow players to unlock 60 new cosmetic items. And you will be able to get a new costume for The Pig which dresses her up in her mentor’s outfit. Tapp will also be getting a new outfit too. From a screenshot provided to IGN seen above, it does seem like Jigsaw will make some kind of appearance in the game itself too. But how he will take part in this new Tome remains to be seen.
“Over and above our primary objective of providing our fans with fun and continuously renewed content, one of our goals when integrating a powerful movie franchise such as SAW is to invite a larger community into the Dead by Daylight universe,” said game director Mathieu Côté on the new Tome. “We’re truly grateful to our partner Lionsgate for offering us this opportunity.”
Tome 10: Saw is available in the Archives from today. The next full chapter will see the addition of cult Japanese horror Ringu, expected to arrive in March this year.
