Elden Ring Speedrunner Beats The Game In Less Than 20 Minutes

Elden Ring has now been beaten by a speedrunner clocking in an incredible time of less than 20 minutes. What’s next, a 10-minute speedrun?

Elden Ring FAQ: Every Guide You’ll Need

The speedrunner in question is once again Distorian2, who has now smashed their previous record of 28:59. In fact, Distorian2 has beaten their Elden Ring speedrun time a few times over, in a matter of just a day!

I can’t even beat most bosses in 20 minutes!

Just by checking out Distorian2s YouTube channel, you can see multiple video uploads each providing a faster time than the last. The most recent world record run is 18 minutes and 57 seconds. Though, we will probably be reporting an even faster time in the coming days at this rate.

However, while the record-breaking runs are massively impressive and over before we know it, a lot of hard work and dedication goes into these incredible runs. For example, Distorian2s latest run in under 20 minutes was achieved during a 15-hour livestream.

Hard work pays off

Distorian2 revealed in a tweet that they had almost given up on breaking the latest record but pushed on through with sheer determination. As they say, hard work pays off.
