Starscourge Greatsword – What is it?

A curved Colossal Sword in Elden Ring, the Starscourge Greatsword scales with a player’s Dexterity, Intelligence, and Strength statistics. It has a unique skill named ‘Starcaller Cry’ that pulls enemies towards a player, making for a great crowd control weapon.

Upgradable by using Somber Smithing Stones, the Starscourge Greatsword is General Radahns weapon of choice. He wields two Starscourge Greatswords that are black and curved in design. Earning considerable renown as ‘Starscourge’ in his youth, Radahn is rumoured to be responsible for the unique engravings up the blade known as the ‘Gravity Crest’.

Players will need to complete the Starscourge Radahn boss fight in Roundtable Hold to gain the ‘Remembrance of the Starscourge’ item. Once attained they will need to travel to Finger Reader Enia to trade this item for the Starscourge Greatsword.

Starscourge Greatsword – Statistics

These dual greatswords deal out standard damage alongside its Starcaller Cry ability. It requires the following minimum statistics alongside Dexterity D, Strength D, Intelligence E:

  • Strength: 38
  • Dexterity: 12
  • Intelligence: 15

Starcaller Cry is an S-Tier ability that does 129 physical and 83 magical damage, making this sword a nice dual-wield option. Please note that this colossal option is quite slow, so players will need to adapt their strategy accordingly.
