Here’s some wholesome news for the week. An elderly couple wants gamers to tutor them to play The Last of Us: Part 2.
The elderly couple posted an ad on Craigslist, looking for a tutor so that they can learn to play Naughty Dog’s latest hit. It’s unclear at this time whether the elderly couple has played the first The Last of Us game or whether they’re jumping straight into the sequel.
If this is their first time experiencing this series, I would always recommend playing The Last of Us: Remastered first. It not only has the story that’s crucial to understanding the second, but it also has the fantastic expansion, Left Behind. That said, if they want to play the sequel first, then so be it.
The Last of Us: Part 2 can be a fairly challenging game, even on the normal difficulty setting. If you’re an elderly couple with little experience playing video games, I can understand the tutor request.

As mentioned in our The Last of Us: Part 2 review, the game has fantastic accessibility options, which caters for various needs and experience levels. The ad was spotted on Reddit, and while the post generated an overall positive response, there were some that doubted how genuine the post might be.
However, if this ad is genuine, it certainly warms our hearts with pure wholesomeness. Though I would like the elderly couple to close their eyes and cover their ears for that Abby and Owen scene (you know).
