It’s bad news for some of those who pre-ordered the upcoming special Kingdom Hearts 3 edition of Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro at GameStop.
Angry KH3 fans have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration with GameStop, which appears to have over-sold its stock of the limited edition console and has taken to cancelling some of its orders.

The official GameStop Twitter has pinned the following tweet to its account: “Due to an error, we oversold on pre-orders for the LE Kingdom Hearts 3 PlayStation 4 Pro and, unfortunately, some orders had to be canceled. Guests who had an order canceled will receive a $25 Gift Coupon. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.”

Naturally, those who’ve had their orders cancelled are seriously p*ssed off about the news, as we’re now just a couple of days from the game’s launch date.

Gamestop over-sold the PS4/Kingdomhearts three bundle. When they relised it they canceled orders and gave $25 store credit.

Heard a bunch of KH3 PS4 Pros were cancelled. They should have reviewed who bought multiples…you know, the resellers. And just cancel theirs. #KH3 #KingdomHearts @SquareEnix @GameStop

Hopefully if you pre-ordered yours from the company, you’ll still be picking it up next week!
