It’s the best time of the month – no, not payday – but the day that Sony reveals the new PlayStation Plus games coming soon to the service! Today we have another line-up of great games which are downloadable for free (as long as you have a live PS Plus subscription). A good month, a great month, or “the worst month ever?” Let’s have a look at the PlayStation Plus games announced for April 2021.

First up we have what should come as no surprise, Oddworld: Soulstorm!
The game was announced last month, and now it’s finally nearly here. PS5 owners who subscribe to PS Plus will be able to download this new game for free, and it’s definitely worth checking out at that price!
If that doesn’t tickle your fancy maybe the next April PlayStation Plus game will? Sony has announced that Days Gone is coming to the service. PS Plus subscribers with a PS5 might be disappointed in this one, as Days Gone is already part of the PS Plus Collection.

However, PS4 gamers should be pleased! Days Gone is an absolute must-play if you’re a fan of zombie games or open-world adventures.
Finally we have the one and only Zombie Army 4: Dead War. The game is described as follows: “Hitler’s hordes are back for more in this spine-chilling shooter from the makers of Sniper Elite 4! Abominable occult enemies, epic weapons and a harrowing new campaign for 1-4 players await in 1940s Europe, as you fight to save humankind from undead Armageddon!“
So there you have it! What do you think of the PlayStation Plus games for April 2021? Another big win for PS Plus subs, or are you still feeling happier with the similar Xbox Game Pass service from Microsoft? Be sure to let us know your thoughts across our social media channels!
