It seems Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has illusory walls just like fellow fantasy game Elden Ring.
We all know that Elden Ring has a ridiculous amount of secrets to be found. Countless dungeons to explore, weapons and tools to find. But one of the most classic of secrets you can find in a Souls game are illusory walls. They can be hard to spot, but essentially, they’re walls that when hit, will vanish, revealing a secret passage. And it turns out that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands happens to have illusory walls just like Elden Ring.

As reported by Polygon, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has those tricky walls harbouring stashes of loot too. In Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, there are collectibles called Lucky Dice which when picked up increase your luck. And when your luck goes up, so does the chance of finding better loot. Thankfully, the dice make a sound so you know when you’re near one.
Polygon writer Mike Mahardy found that they could hear one somewhere, but couldn’t see one. After looking around a little bit, they hit a wall and lo and behold: it was a fake wall.
This is, of course, likely more in line with the general history of tabletop gaming than a specific FromSoftware reference. But it’s still fun that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands wanted to have some tricky secrets in the same way a Souls game might. And it doesn’t hurt that you get a pretty useful reward out of it too.
