A known Twitter leaker has taken to the interwebs to claim that Rocksteady definitely is working on a new Batman game, and that it’s going to be called Batman: Arkham Legacy.
Earlier this year, Twitter userĀ @New_WabiSabi correctly predicted a whole load of E3 2019 news, meaning you could make a case that this person is in the know when it comes to the video games industry.

In recent tweets, the user revealed what they believe to be true of the project: the name Arkham Legacy, and that the game will have multiple playable characters.
@New_WabiSabi suggests that in Arkham Legacy you’ll be able to play as the entire Bat-Family, which most likely includes Robin, Batgirl and Nightwing.
They claim the information they have received was accompanied by screenshots of the game-in-progress, which presumably, won’t be shared.
Interestingly, the leak has seemingly prompted others to tell a similar story, with one user claiming they’d known this information for a while, but had not been allowed to publicise it.

Another user by the name of @Theslasher411 seemed to verify the initial leak, writing that the leak has come from a source that “can be trusted.”
When eager Batman fans flocked to the Twitter thread with questions, @Theslasher411 further claimed that Arkham Legacy isn’t Rocksteady’s new game but that it is the game Warner Bros. Montreal is teasing. They also claim it will be a current-gen game, meaning we should really be seeing it on shelves in the next 12 months or so.
Of course, all these leaks come unverified, so take them with a pinch of salt for now. That being said, it’s pretty darn obvious that WB Montreal is working on a new Batman game.
We’ve seen multiple, teases, hints and deleted tweets suggesting as much for well over a year now. Let’s hope we get a reveal soon?
