Marvel’s Spider-Man Is Now Playable On Your PC

The web-slingingly wonderful Marvel’s Spider-Man has found a new home as part of the PlayStation Now line-up. The iconic title from Insomniac Games is one of the greatest titles you can play on the PS4, and if you haven’t yet played it, now’s the best time to do so.

In case you’re not familiar with it, PlayStation Now is sort of Sony’s answer to Xbox Game Pass. PS Now is a subscription service that allows you to stream a bunch of games from its catalogue.

As Sony puts it: “Stream over 700 PS4, PS3 and PS2 titles from a wide range of genres to your PS4 or Windows PC. Play as much as you like, save your progress and continue playing on either device. Or pick from over 300 PS4 games to download to your PS4 console and they’ll be ready to play, in up to 4K resolution if you’re playing on PS4 Pro.”

Marvel’s Spider-Man isn’t the only new addition to the catalogue, as the truly brilliant Just Cause 4 has also been added, along with golfing sim, The Golf Club 2019.

Although PlayStation Now is currently the only way you can currently play the likes of lots of PS4 exclusives on your PC, that might be about to change.

God of War’s official game page has seemingly received a bit of an update over on PlayStation.com, bringing about one notable change – the removal of the “Only On PlayStation” label.

As spotted on Twitter, the removal of the label points to pretty much one thing: God of War is likely to be going over to PC. It wouldn’t be the first PlayStation exclusive to migrate to PC, following on from 2019’s Death Stranding and 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn. Both of these titles will be coming to PC later this year.
