A new LinkedIn post from a Rockstar Games employee has raised eyebrows across the internet, as it appears to tease an unannounced R* game.
As reported by Dexerto, a Twitter user by the name of NickPlaysGamesX stumbled across the LinkedIn page of a Rockstar employee, Sarah Overend, which mentions work on a TBA [To Be Announced] title.
Check it out for yourself the tweet below.
Being one of the best development studios in the business, there’s been rumours about Rockstar’s next game flying around since the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 back in 2018.
Rumours of a Red Dead Remake, a sequel to Bully, a new L.A Noire and – of course – a new Grand Theft Auto, have been making the rounds for a long time, though no concrete evidence has yet emerged.

It’s been believed for a while now that GTA 6 has been quietly in development for a least a year or so, but a report from Kotaku earlier this year suggested that the game’s production is actually in its very early stages.
At the time, Kotaku wrote that Rockstar was working on a “new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series” which would “start out with a moderately sized release (which, by Rockstar’s standards, would still be a large game) that is then expanded with regular updates over time, which may help mitigate stress and crunch.”

Kotaku also claimed that GTA 6 is the next game we can expect from Rockstar Games, which may put to bed any rumours of games like Bully 2 or even L.A Noire 2 coming soon.
If it’s true that GTA 6 is in early development, we can probably expect a wait of at least a few years. If you were hoping for GTA 6 at the launch of the PS5 and Xbox Series X, I’m sorry to disappoint…
