It looks like previous Call of Duty: Warzone Season Five leaks are all coming together as a new (official) teaser trailer seems to confirm some of what we’ve heard already. Activision has been teasing the heck of out the new Season by sending trailer snippets to different streamers for them to share with their audiences.
The latest comes via streamer TylerTeePee and it’s definitely an exciting one, as it appears to show the moment a nuke hits Verdansk. The teaser seems to show some security camera footage inside a building (possibly the Stadium?) which is then hit with what we presume is a nuke. We’ve heard the possibility that the Stadium will be getting an “open interior,” and a nuke is definitely one way to do that…Check it out below.
This aligns with a couple of leaks we’ve seen for Call of Duty’s fifth Season so far, including the idea that the mysterious nuke-containing bunks would have a further role in the game, and the notion that a new map might be coming.
Yesterday we reported on another teaser trailer from Activision, which came from pro streamer NICKMERCS before it was shared to YouTube by known CoD leaker, TheGamingRevolution.

The footage isn’t the best quality, but you can definitely see a train making its way through Verdansk, aligning with rumours that circulated earlier this month. VGC reported at the time that Warzone’s football stadium will get an “open interior,” but perhaps even more exciting, a loot-filled train which will be constantly circling the entirety of the map.
In case you missed it, check it out below!
The hype for Season Five is definitely real, as it’s expected that this will be the Season which ties-in with the next Call of Duty game for 2020. Does this mean we can expect a reveal for CoD 2020 soon? Hopefully!
Call of Duty: Warzone Season Five is set to kick off early next month.
