I absolutely adore The Witcher 3, but it’s one of the (many) games I don’t have time to play, and I’ve often found myself thinking “Hey, wouldn’t The Witcher 3 be great on the Nintendo Switch so I could play it on the go?”
It’s a dream I never thought would be possible due to the technical limitations of the Switch, but it now looks like it’s not only possible, but it’s actually likely to happen.
Hurray!
A recent job listing uncovered by YouTuber Doctre81 [via Unilad] is from GOG Galaxy, looking to hire a software engineer with experience on multiple consoles, including Switch. Check out the video below.
This is particularly interesting because GOG Galaxy is owned by CD Projekt Red.
Although this might seem like we’re grasping at straws, it adds the first tangible proof that the game is headed to the Switch.
Recently, a French retailer listed the game alongside a port of Assassin’s Creed 3, which was recently confirmed to be in development by Nintendo. If AC3 is coming to the Switch, why not The Witcher 3…?

Also, Witcher 3 on Switch would be cool. Maybe I’ll finally get into it!

What do you think about the rumours? Would you like to see The Witcher 3 ported to the Nintendo Switch?
A live look at Nintendo if all these rumors happen:
(Witcher is most likely cuz it was part of a leak saying this and Assassin’s Creed 3 were coming and AC3 got announced in a Direct)
(Rumor has it that Nintendo is reviving a “dead” game and bringing it to Switch- kinda likely) pic.twitter.com/WdlGRqngGM
