PlayStation Just ‘Leaked’ Content Plans For Apex Legends Season One

Most Apex Legends leaks have been coming from data miners who search the game files for new information, but it looks like Sony might be just as guilty of ruining the surprise for players.

Twitter user and Apex Legends data miner Shrugtal discovered the following text on the official PlayStation website. The text seems to show a roadmap of content for the first season of Apex Legends. It contains previously unreleased information about Respawn’s plan for the game’s first venture into seasons and battle passes, and it’s definitely eyebrow-raising.

The website reads: “Join Apex Legends’ inaugural season, Wild Frontier, and discover tonnes of new content and ways to play. The season kicks off on 19th March, 2019, and will last for approximately 12 weeks. Jump in and discover:

“Battle Pass – purchase in-game and unlock 100 unique rewards over the course of the season.

“All-new Legends and loot – Two new characters will launch over the course of the season but in the meantime, look out for a new weapon set to launch as the season progresses. Best of all, each new Legend and weapon will launch with a full set of cosmetics to unlock.

“New items – Two new items will be introduced during the season that will offer something new and innovative to the strategic mix.”

Sounds VERY interesting!

Whether or not it’s an intentional leak, or if this is just new information that Respawn wanted to get out there is unknown.

Leak, or intentional, and is this the first solid proof of the new Legendary, Wattson, who’s been spotted in the game files? What do you think?
