One game that particularly caught the eye of the audience was the announcement of Five Nights At Freddy’s VR edition. It’s slated to release sometime in Spring 2019.

In their VR version of the popular game, animatronics from the original series will return and you’ll encounter similar scenarios that have appeared previously – with the added addition of the VR headset, making it virtually impossible to avert your eyes from the horror.

Based on the trailer, the element of jump scares has become a lot more immersive, and the level of interaction between the player and the task performed in the game has been amped up making the experience of Freddy’s all the more intense.

Other titles that were included within Playstation’s State Of Play are as follows:

  • Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fuelled
  • Iron Man VR
  • Day’s Gone
  • Mortal Kombat 11
  • No Man’s Sky Beyond
  • Readyset Heroes
