Red Dead Redemption Fan-Favourite Gun Has Been Added to RDR2 But Players Still Aren’t Happy

The latest update to Red Dead Online should have introduced an exciting addition for long-standing fans of the franchise, yet it’s left nothing but a bitter taste in players’ mouths.

Announcing the news via social media, Rockstar said that “a new and powerful weapon” would be coming to the RDO beta: the Evans Repeater.

Unfortunately, RDO doesn’t have the best reputation out there right now. Despite the fact the online game is still in beta and is still receiving regular updates with lots of community input, people have branded the game as…well, as “boring.”

Another player called Red Dead Online a “rip-off,” with most people tweeting one thing: they wish the Evans Repeater was available in the single-player Red Dead Redemption 2.

For now it seems like Rockstar is devoted to improving Red Dead Online to ensure it gets the same level of love that players have for RDR2.

Rockstar has stated: “As Red Dead Online evolves past beta, we will keep adding and improving features to give you a deeper connection to the world, your character, your horse and your weapons as well as adding new gameplay that will help players carve out their own fate across the lawless frontier.”

If Rockstar really wants to give the players what they want then it needs to check out this list of Reddit’s most-wanted RDO features.
