Sekiro Mod Pits GTA’s CJ Against Big Smoke In Final Boss Battle

Mods are oftentimes the best way to make a traditional gaming experience a little more weird, a little more worrying and a lot more hilarious.

Whether you’re modding Thomas the Tank Engine into your most-recent game of Resident Evil 2 Remake, or if you’re looking for more nudity in Skyrim (don’t worry, I don’t judge), you can bet your butt there’s a mod for that.

One of the latest most-moddable games to come out this year is none other than FromSoftware’s Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and we’ve seen some seriously cool mods for the game so far…but this next one might take the cake.

As shared on Reddit, someone’s created a mod that changes Sekiro‘s final boss into Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas‘ Big Smoke, while the protagonist becomes – you guessed it – CJ.

It’s an awesome battle that really has no business being as funny as it is. Check it out below.

The clip can be traced back to YouTuber horheristo, who created the video below by using two mods created by known modder DropOff.

You can recreate the battle in your own game by replacing the game’s protagonist with CJ here.

Speaking of mods, you can now replace Kiefer Sutherland’s Snake with Keanu Reeves for your next playthrough of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

The mod, which you can download from NexusMods, replaces Snake with a choice between two variants of Reeves’ characters. You can either play as John Wick, or Reeves’ Cyberpunk 2077 character, Johnny Silverhand.

This should definitely help you get your fix of Keanu Reeves on the run-up to the release of Cyberpunk 2077! April 2020 is a long time to wait…
