Silent Hill Reboot Appears Online With Leaked Screenshots

Silent Hill concept art has apparently leaked. While there’s always cause for scepticism, the leaks have resulted in DMCA strikes.

The apparent leaks are courtesy of industry insider, AestheticGamer aka Dusk Golem. To be fair, he does have a reputation of being quite dependable when it comes to inside information.

And, they’re gone!

Silent Hill leak. There’s a lot I’m not sharing for now. This is from a relatively new source for me, but I have been given more than enough proof to believe them,” tweeted Dusk Golem. “I also will mention the names “Anita & Maya”, “SMS Messages”, & this is not the only SH game in dev.”

The shots are a bit dated, from 2020, so maybe this project looks a bit different now,” he continued. “But what I’m choosing to share. I know many will doubt this, but I have a lot of private proof to show this is real, & as always, I continue to wait on the Silent Hill game reveal.

The images were DMCA struck!

However, there were supposed to be four concept art images attached to the tweet, but they have since been removed. The reason why they are no more is due to DMCA strikes.

Of course, we must take all rumours and leaks with a pinch of salt. That being said, if these images weren’t genuine, why would they receive DMCA strikes? In my opinion, if they were fake, they would still remain.

Furthermore, the Twitter account of Dusk Golem has also been blocked as a result of the DMCA strikes. Surely these strikes make the images more valid and if anything, only draws more attention to them?

In case you’re wondering if Konami issued these strikes, apparently so. That’s at least according to a comment made on Resetera by Dusk Golem.

Once on the net, always on the net

Thankfully, with the internet being the way it is, once something is posted, it can remain forever. Sure, the images have been removed from Dusk Golem’s initial post. However, they do exist on forums such as Reddit as well as Resetera. If all else fails, you can also catch a video from Resident Evil fans, Biohazard Declassified below.
