After a long long wait, Dying Light 2 finally has a new release date, as confirmed during a dedicated livestream event for the game.
Dying Light 2: Stay Human has had a rocky road, and after multiple development studios got their hands on the project with no end date in sight, gamers slowly began to give up hope that the game would ever see the (dying) light of day.
Thankfully, Dying Light 2: Stay Human has crawled out of its grave and is making its way to the surface, with a confirmed release date of 7th December 2021 for consoles and PC.
In case you missed it, the game’s official description reads as follows: “The last great human settlement exists within an unforgiving, infected world.
“Exceptional agility and combat skills make you a powerful ally and a valuable commodity. With your unique abilities you have the power to be an agent of change within this decaying metropolis. Use it wisely.“
The highly-anticipated sequel to the 2015 classic may have been a long time coming, but it’s shaping up pretty nicely from what we saw in the livestream! Techland has been driving the hype for a while now, and it’s excellent to see the game on our screens once again.
Dying Light 2 comes to PC and console on 7th December 2021. Are you pleased to see Dying Light 2 finally has a release date, and will you be playing on day one? Let us know across our social media channels!
