Lady Gaga vs. Ninja is the Logan Paul vs. KSI of 2019. Sort of. Well. Not really, but the now-viral tweets from the queen of pop have become something of a meme, and even the likes of Xbox and Red Bull are getting involved.
It all started when Lady Gaga tweeted her millions of followers asking simply: “what’s fortnight.”

The tweet came following the end of Fortnite’s tenth Season, during which a black hole swallowed up the previous map and the game went AFK for a few hours. The phenomenon went viral, which is probably how Lady Gaga heard about “Fortnight.”
After her first tweet went viral, Gaga then followed up on her educational journey by asking her followers: “@Ninja who are you?”

Naturally, this blew up even more so than her first tweet, with everyone jumping on board to have a dig at the global superstar and the Fortnite streamer.
Red Bull joined in the party, asking Ninja: “Should we tell her fam?!”
Xbox also chimed in with a throwback to her first question, calling Ninja: “The Fortnight guy.”
The man himself also added some salt to the pot, replying to Gaga with a simple: “ask @Drake.”
The internet is having a field day with the top banter between the trio, with lots of people jumping into the thread to diss…well, to diss all the celebs involved.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I really, really want to see Lady Gaga jumping into a Fortnite battle.
If Gaga does want to join in one of the biggest games in the world, now’s the right time to do so, as Fortnite’s Chapter Two is officially underway.
Following the black hole incident, a new map, new features, and even drivable boats have come to Fortnite, making the game the most fun its been in a long, long time.
Have you been back to Fortnite?
