The Last Of Us Debut TV Season Has Wrapped Up Production

Finally, The Last of Us TV series from HBO has wrapped up and finished production of its debut first season. Happy days!

The news of the adaptation of the popular post-apocalyptic franchise from Naughty Dog was announced on Twitter by the co-writer of The Last of Us TV series and president of Naughty Dog, Neil Druckmann.

The Last of Us TV series from HBO is said to follow much of the events from the video game series. However, Druckmann has confirmed that the series will “deviate greatly to keep fans familiar with the franchise on their toes.

The HBO series will star Pedro Pascal as Joel and Bella Ramsey as Ellie in the leading roles. While no release date has been announced for The Last of Us, it is expected to debut in 2022. Now that the first season has wrapped up production, hopefully, we will soon see its first trailer before the end of 2021.
