The zodiac puzzle in Uncharted 4 appears during Chapter 2: “Infernal Place”. After the prison fight and being uncuffed by Vargas, you’ll have to do some climbing up an old Spanish prison tower. After scaling to the very top of the tower, you’ll enter into Joseph Burnes’ old cell and find a bunch of zodiac symbols on each wall as well as random stones marked with roman numerals.

To solve the puzzle, you need to pull out an old letter that was handed to us earlier. Follow the on-screen instructions to flip the letter several times before folding it to reveal a new clue. Both the sun and moon symbols will now align to show you two new symbols: Sagittarius and Scorpio.

Take a look around the cell. You’ll notice zodiac symbols on each of the walls in the prison cell. Find the two symbols from your letter and check the roman numerals that are located alongside them. The Sagittarius symbol has a 10 next to it whereas the Scorpio has a 2.

Add them together and you get 12. Now you need to find the stone that’s marked with a 12 in roman numerals. It’s located on the wall opposite the big door. Interact with the stone to push it and complete the puzzle.
