Ubisoft has announced that Watch Dogs: Legion is completely free for all this coming weekend on both PC and PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.

When does the Watch Dogs: Legion Free Weekend take place?
The Free Weekend will take place from Friday, September 3rd and will end on Sunday, September 5th. You can also pre-download Watch Dogs: Legion right now so that you’re good to go for the weekend.
Who can take part in the Watch Dogs: Legion Free Weekend?
As long as you have an internet connection, you can download Watch Dogs: Legion from your platform’s designated digital storefront.
The Watch Dogs: Legion Free Weekend is available for PC (Steam/Windows/Epic Games Store/Ubisoft Store), PS4, PS5, and Google Stadia.
Wait, where is the Xbox Free Weekend?
Judging by the press release from Ubisoft, there’ll be no Free Weekend for Xbox players this week. This is a shame, but I’m sure there’ll be another Free Weekend for Xbox players soon enough.
What modes will be available during the Free Weekend?
Players will have access to the single player campaign, as well as the various online modes.
Will my progress carry over if I buy the full game?
Yes, your progress will carry over, should you decide to buy Watch Dogs: Legion. Furthermore, if you buy the game this weekend, you can take advantage of discounts of up to 60%.
