KFC is offering UK customers a chance to win an Xbox Series X and a custom controller, and no I’m not clucking kidding!

As the release of next-gen consoles is just around the corner (and the added fact that we’re building up to the last stretch towards Christmas), the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are going to be at the top of many gift-lists for children and adults alike. However, as demand is so huge, having the luxury of picking up a next-gen console is not as simple as you might think.
Within an instant of pre-orders going live, stock ran out and as the backlog of pre-orders and waiting lists prolongs in this festive period, there are going to be a lot of disappointed gamers by the end of 2020.

However, if you can’t get a pre-order or simply can’t afford a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X right now, there are other methods of getting your mitts on a next-gen console. If you’re lucky!
In the UK, certain promotional packets of Doritos are giving you the chance of winning a PlayStation 5 but they’re not the only ones. KFC is now offering customers the chance of winning an Xbox Series X, although if you were clucky enough to win a next-gen Xbox, you might want to throw the hideous custom controller in the deep fat fryer.

To be in with a chance of winning and Xbox Series X from KFC, you’ll just need to buy any one of their KFC Box Meals. The competition runs from October 19th to November 15th and you can only have one entry per day. More details can be found on KFC’s official website.
Have you managed to get a pre-order for either the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X and if not, will you be entering any of the promotional competitions?
