Call of Duty: Modern Warfare may have only just hit store shelves, but players have already found a way to get a glimpse at some of the upcoming content for the game.
As shared to the Modern Warfare subreddit, a user by the name of Senescallo has seemingly discovered 38 brand new maps in the game files, including “Exclusion Zone, Shipment, Smetna Farms, and more.”

In the very detailed post, the user goes on to share some details about the maps, and writes that the following maps will be 6v6 and 10v10:

The user also shares a few images, including one of the Exclusion Zone and Shoot House. I recommend checking out the Reddit post in full right here.

Interesting, it seems as though fan-favourite map Rust really will be making a comeback, something which has been rumoured for a while.
Not too long ago, YouTuber and known CoD leaker TheGamingRevolution dissected some of the files in the game to discover that a range of iconic maps from the franchise have been noted in the data, including the likes of Crash, Vacant, Rust and Scrapyard to name just a few.
What Activision and Infinity Ward’s plans are for releasing this future content remains to be seen, but as the Reddit user pointed out in their original post “All information is subject to change as the content is currently unreleased.”

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available now on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
