VR gaming can be overwhelming

For most people, jumping into a VR game for the first time can be a daunting prospect. So much so, that it might even put some off. This can also be the case for those with autism.

What’s more, Blinnk and the Vacuum of Space encourages players to explore the game at their leisure, with no concern of failing tasks. The game also comes with a “range of accessibility options that enable the player to fine-tune the world around them.

Whether it’s fishing in the space station’s park or power washing an alien’s teeth, the gameplay engages and encourages autistic players at every stage without fear of a failure state,” reads a press release.
