Call Of Duty: Warzone’s Gulag Has Game Breaking Bug

Call of Duty: Warzone is pretty darn great, but it’s by no means perfect. The free-to-play Battle Royale game is getting regular content updates and game patches, and though this does a lot to help existing bugs, it of course introduces new ones into the mix. One of the bugs to be spotted within Warzone comes from the Gulag, and it’s not to be sniffed at.

The issue has been identified by Reddit, and it involves a false redeployment message which is confusing lots of players once their Gulag 1v1 is done and dusted. Players are reporting that the game is falsely saying their teammate has been redeployed, causing gamers to be forced to continue play without their fallen comrade.

As spotted by ComicBook, the post reads as follows: “We were playing last night and one of our teammates went down and then lost his match in the Gulag. His name plate on our displays had the red skull and said $4,500 next to it, but when we went to a buy station it said ‘Can’t buy back player, already redeployed’ or something along those lines.

“Both of us tried buying him back in and we tried multiple buy stations but the same message showed up every time even though he very clearly was not redeployed. Before anyone asks he is one of my buddies and we had comms on the entire time with him and he was just as confused as us.”

Though definitely not a new bug (the post was made a month ago), it seems the issue is still continuing, with the most recent comment on the same issue coming just a few days ago.

That’s not the only bug players are seeing in the Gulag. On Twitter, a bug which causes a “semi-death” in which you can still hear your character coughing but you’re not actually alive has also been reported.

Another player tweeted of another bug, writing: “as it stands in the Gulag if you win as soon as you get hit with a Molotov you will respawn in the match downed and fall to your death.”

Hopefully these bugs will be patched out sooner rather than later!
