CD Projekt Is The Most Valuable Video Games Company In Europe

It’s been confirmed that the CD Projekt Group is now the most valuable video games company in the whole of Europe. The group, which includes both CD Projekt Red and GOG, recently stole the crown from Ubisoft.

As revealed by Gameplay Mechanix, CDP’s market value has officially reached 36.5 billion Polish Zloty (£7.174 billion GBP), just overtaking Ubisoft’s  35.6 billion Zloty (£6.988 billion GBP).

It’s an astounding achievement for the CDP family, and it’s likely that the company will go from strength to strength following the release of CDPR’s next mammoth RPG, Cyberpunk 2077.

Already one of the most highly anticipated games of the decade, Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to see huge sales numbers when it launches in September.

Meanwhile, CDPR has this month been celebrating the anniversaries of both The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

On the official CDPR website, the company thanked fans for five whole years of love and adoration for The Witcher 3. In celebration, there’s currently some pretty sweet sales on The Witcher games.
