After years of conversation and speculation, developers of Cyberpunk 2077 have officially confirmed that the game will feature multiplayer. However, the multiplayer will not be included when the game launches next year, but will instead be added at a later date. The news was announced on the official Twitter page of Cyberpunk 2077.
In the tweets below, CD Projekt Red announce that “we’d like to confirm that multiplayer’s in the works!” and in the same post, they also shared a link for jobs advertising roles to work on the post-launch content. However, long before the multiplayer mode will arrive; those generous folks at CD Projekt Red will be bringing us free DLC for the singleplayer campaign.
