It would seem that the delay season is upon. It always happens. We get our hopes up of an exciting start of the year and then BAM. Delay after delay. Final Fantasy VII and The Avengers have already fallen victim and now it is time for the Keanu Reeves starring, future crime mayhem of Cyberpunk 2077 to be delayed.
In a post from CD Projekt Red we found out that the game won’t be coming out now until September 17 2020. Luckily it’s still this year and it does mean a slightly hectic April will be slightly less hectic now, as it was originally meant to release on April 16th.
Obviously we’re disappointed that we won’t get to be playing this April but we’re always of the mindset that a delay to make the game better is much more important than rushing it out for the sake of it. Hopefully it’s worth the wait!
