Diablo 4 character customisation as well as details on its loot progression have leaked, courtesy of a new gameplay clip.
The leaked gameplay clip in question is a consequence of the closed Diablo 4 alpha test. So, don’t be surprised if the footage is erased from the internet in the coming days. If you want to see it before it’s gone, you better act fast.
According to an article from Mp1st, the Diablo 4 alpha is being tested by family and friends of Activision Blizzard. So, I think it’s fair to say that whoever has leaked these details, might find themselves in the doghouse very soon.

The brief moment of gameplay that has been leaked gives us a glimpse of the character creation as well as Diablo 4s customisable features and more.
Details in regards to the Diablo 4 loot and how it’s tied to difficulty have also been leaked. Judging by the leaks, Diablo 4s difficulty will come in the form of “World Tiers”.
The “Adventurer” difficulty, which I assume might be a default setting, will fall under “World Tier 1”. Whereas “World Tier 2” will be for veterans of the series.
Here’s what each “World Tier” features:
World Tier 1 (Adventurer)
- Recommended for new players to Diablo or those that want a slight challenge.
- Enemies are easier to defeat.
- Drops are average.
World Tier 2 (Veteran)
- Recommended for Diablo veterans who want to be tested.
- Enemies will challenge you.
- Better drops.
- Increased XP & Gold.
Diablo 4 has no release date
At this time, Diablo 4 does not have a release date. However, it is expected to release sometime in 2023.
Diablo 4 will be released for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Hopefully, when the highly anticipated RPG arrives, it won’t be soaked in controversy like its Diablo Immortal counterpart.
