During EA’s Q3 financial call the company has finally revealed more details about its upcoming Star Wars game, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
We’ve been hearing about the game for a while now, but we’ve finally got a confirmation on the release window and some more details on how it actually plays.

Speaking about the 2019 plans for the company, EA has stated: “Looking forward, we’re delighted to launch Anthem, our new IP, to grow Apex Legends and related Titanfall experiences, to deliver new Plants vs. Zombies and Need for Speed titles, and to add Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to our sports titles in the fall.”
Fallen Order will have you play as a young Jedi in the aftermath of Revenge of the Sith, on a mission to seek revenge.

Blake Jorgensen, EA’s CFO said of the game so far: “You’ll start to see in the next few months glimpses of the Star Wars game and I think you’ll be blown away by what you see.
“We’ve played 20 plus minutes of it last week and it is exceptional in terms of its level of polish, depth and living inside of the Star Wars world as a Jedi and I think people will be blown away by it.”
I’m i the only one who is hyped for jedi fallen order? after the earnings call yesterday one of the higher-ups played a demo of the game and said it was exceptional EA will begin showing off the game within the next few months, so maybe at #starwarscelebration gameplay?

Sounds promising, but this Star Wars game is going to have be seriously good to compensate for the cancellation of the narrative-driven Star Wars game that was also in development by EA.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, officially due in Fall 2019, has some pretty big expectations to meet as most Star Wars fans are still lamenting EA’s Star Wars Battlefront 2, which failed spectacularly and relied heavily on its microtransactions.
If Anthem and Jedi: Fallen Order succeeds, can we PLEASE get more KOTOR? @EAStarWars
