The upcoming remake of the fan-favourite nostalgia-trip that is Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is nearly here, and gamers can barely contain their excitement.
Confirmed late last year, the game will see Crash Bandicoot and company take to the tracks in a game that’s definitely not trying to be Mario Kart.
Eagle-eyed fans of the title have noticed a few eyebrow-raising things in the run-up to the game’s release though, and they seem to suggest that Spyro the dragon might be a playable character in Crash Team Racing.
From an image of Spyro that apparently shows a teeny-tiny Crash driving a car, to handmade Spyro-looking eggs created by a Toys For Bob employee, there’s a lot to unpack here.
