GTA Remastered Trilogy Is Seemingly Referenced In Rockstar Launcher

Guess what’s back? Back again! GTA Remastered Trilogy rumours, tell your friends!

Speculation of the GTA Remastered Trilogy is nothing new, so you might be wondering – why are we bothering to report on this? Well, these most recent rumours are from none other than RockstarINTEL’s Ben Turpin. Could an official announcement be imminent?

What’s been Said?

This week, RockstarINTEL’s Ben Turpin posted a couple of images on Twitter that indicate that the remastered trilogy is becoming reality. The images in question were taken from the Rockstar Games PC launcher.

This week the Rockstar Games launcher was updated and following that update, files referencing GTA 3, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas were found. Alongside the GTA titles discovered in the files was also the mention of the Unreal Engine. Previously, rumours have claimed that the games featured in the remastered trilogy will be ported using Unreal.

GTA Remastered Trilogy was rated in Korea

Only last week, the GTA Remastered Trilogy had been rated in Korea, adding further fuel to the ever-increasing speculative fire.

As always, we must take rumours with a pinch of salt until we get official confirmation. However, at this point, I think Rockstar Games needs to address the elephant in the room and make SOME kind of announcement.
