Hackers and Scammers are Catching Fortnite Players Out With False Links To Mobile Version of The Game

With the release of Fortnite mobile just around the corner many hackers and scammers are trying to catch players out with false links to download the game.

The official Fortnite Twitter page tweeted this out about the recent links:

“We have not sent out any mobile invites yet.

Please be aware of false mobile download links. Our official URLs are Fortnite.com and Epicgames.com”

Please be careful when clicking on links from any other sites! Fortnite is a great game and we are excited (if a little apprehensive) about its arrival onto mobile.

There have also been similar problems previously but for ‘free v-bucks’ and ‘in-game items’.
