Twitter leaker and anonymous user Qilin has been right about similar leaks in the past, but with a disclaimed on their Twitter profile, best take this one with a pinch of salt until confirmed.

Qilin recently took to their platform to talk about Halo Infinite’s changes since its gameplay reveal earlier this year. The gameplay was met with heavy criticism from fans, who slammed the game’s design and graphics.

According to the leaker, Halo Infinite is already looking much better, and apparently will “change everything” when it launches in 2021.

“New Halo Infinite build is up. Looking amazing, new features added in early stages. This game is going to change everything when it’s out,” they tweeted.

When pressed for more info, Qilin went on to say they don’t know whether the game will be coming out in early 2021, but that it would be worth the wait.

“It won’t be too long though just hang in there,” they said. “We’re definitely taking our time to perfect this now that we got a delay. It’s all worth it trust me. I wanted the delay to happen.”

They went on to add: “Graphically so far it’s fantastic. On launch day it’ll be even better. Slip space wasn’t made for nothing after all. Scale wise especially for halo…wow.”

Before you go getting too excited, note that the leaker has the following disclaimer on their profile: “I’m not here to prove anything to anyone. I purposely don’t reveal my name and who I work for/what I do as it was part of my agreement to have this account and tweet what I do. You think I’m fake? Cool I really don’t care about your opinion. It is what it is.

“I wanted an anonymous profile with permission from my employer and I got just that. I can tweet freely and have fun with it all. I’m not here to prove anything , I’m here to have fun and interact with the community.”

Whether or not this particular leak is true or false, let’s all hope that Halo Infinite really is coming soon – and that it’ll look much better than when we last saw it!
