It’s been a long hot summer since Avengers: Endgame first released in cinemas, but fans are only just noticing a glaring error in the smash-hit movie.
Looking back on Avengers: Endgame, everything about it seemed pretty perfect, even if it did leave us heartbroken by the end of it.
Despite the insane levels of detail, one Marvel fan has spotted a continuity error from the final battle scene.
When Bucky Barnes first emerges from his portal, he is seen with his (spectacular) hair down. However later on in the scrap, he can be seen with it tied back in a bun.
This might not sounds like a big deal but, as one Twitter user pointed out, “bucky didn’t have a bun when they came through the portal which means this dumbass paused mid-battle to tie his hair up.”
It’s not exactly the most superheroic of moments…
In other Avengers news a deleted scene from the movie was recently unveiled, which may have shed some light on what happened to 2014 Gamora.
“It’s a beautiful scene with moving performances, but we filmed it prior to Tony Stark’s funeral,” directors Joe and Anthony Russo told USA Today. “The funeral scene ultimately became a more resonant and emotional reflection on Tony’s death for us.”
The clip reignited the debate over what actually happened to Gamora following Thanos’ defeat. It’s been a talking point among fans since we seen Quill seemingly about to embark on a search for her at the end of the movie.
Since she began her role in the film as a member of Thanos’ army, would she also have fallen victim to Tony’s snap? It seems not, as she’s clearly still very much there as the Avengers are paying their respects.
