Flat-pack furniture giant IKEA is releasing a gaming furniture range in collaboration with ROG in October. And it actually looks pretty great!
While many of us have been using IKEA furniture as part of our gaming rigs for years. The desks and office chairs often have customisable options that make for good, affordable gaming furniture.
However, IKEA is officially launching a range of specifically designed gaming furniture in a collaboration with ASUS’ Republic Of Gamers (ROG). The collection will be in IKEA stores in October.
IKEA + ROG Gaming FURNITURE Collaboration
Through the collaboration with ROG, IKEA have created some solid-looking gaming chairs. There’s also adjustable desks and accessories on offer, such as a mug holder and mouse bungee. In addition to the classic items, there’s also a cool pegboard storage solution for all of your accessories, which was highlighted in Kotaku.
Jon Karlsson, an IKEA designer, is quoted as saying: “Products that offer better ergonomics help gamers excel at what they do without wearing out their bodies – become better athletes, basically.”
