We know you guys have been wondering when we’ll have more PS5 stock available, so we’re dropping you a quick update. We’ll have more PS5 stock coming very soon, but we want to make sure that our consoles land in the hands of true gamers, and not console resellers or bots.
To do this, we’re taking a different approach this time around, but you’ll be able to find out more about just how we’re going to get around the problem of console resellers – and learn how to be the first to know about our stock drops – by signing up to the GameByte newsletter!
We’re giving our community the chance to get their hands on a PS5 in time for the holidays by making the stock alert an email exclusive. So you’ll have the opportunity to purchase exclusively through our newsletter.
We know how annoying console resellers or bots have been over the last few weeks. If you’re not familiar with the terms, bots essentially go through the checkout process much faster than us humans can, making it nigh-on impossible for actual gamers to compete. What this means is that console resellers can use bots to secure consoles – and you miss out.
We wanted to address this head on, so we’re taking steps to ensure console resellers don’t ruin your chances of securing a console. We’ll reveal a little bit more when we can, but right now we wanted to give you a quick update to keep you in the loop. Stay tuned. We’ll have more info coming your way very, very soon!
