PewDiePie Reacts To Fan Who Credits His Content For Easing Depression

YouTube star and content creator PewDiePie was moved to tears in a recent episode of one of his YT regular series, LWAIY (Last Week I Asked You).

In the video, which you can check out for yourself below, Pewds reads and responds to a fan who credits him and his videos as being of huge comfort during a time of severe depression. It’s definitely an emotional watch, and wholesome AF.

As submitted to PDP’s Reddit submissions page, the fan writes about their struggles with self-harm, depression and an eating disorder, explaining that PDP’s videos have always been a source of relief during tough times.

PewDiePie, clearly moved by the words, reads the post and says in the video: “That’s so sweet. The feels out of nowhere. Keep staying strong, I’m proud of you.”

It’s definitely more heartwarming content than we’re used to from PewDiePie – and LWIAY – but it’s nice to hear just how much a content creator can help during troubling times, simply by doing what they do best.

In other PewDiePie news, it’s just been revealed that he’s been involved in yet another mobile video game project, this time in collaboration with Outerminds.

Not too much is known about the upcoming game as of yet, but it’s definitely looking good from the Twitter image below. It’s the first time I’ve seen BARRELS! associated with Pewds in a long time (brofist).

Keep up the good work, Felix!
